The final day of the LEAD Training at Manuel Resort was where the theory met the reality of public service. After two days of intensive lectures, our leaders moved from their notebooks to the "stage" to demonstrate their readiness to serve.
Morning: Real-World Application

The morning was dedicated to hands-on learning through immersive Role-Playing sessions.

The Focus: Participants tackled Barangay Legislative Issues and Concerns, simulating real council scenarios to practice mediation and decision-making.

The Technicality: A critical portion of the morning was spent mastering the proper use of KP (Katarungang Pambarangay) Forms, ensuring that local justice is administered correctly and legally.
The Mentor: These sessions were expertly facilitated by Junefer B. Paquibot (LGOO VII / Cluster Head II), who provided real-time feedback and guidance.

The Grand Finale: Recognizing Excellence
As the program drew to a close, the atmosphere shifted from intense focus to well-earned celebration:
