June 1, 2026 | PCOL TIMMAR J ALAM, PD, NOrPPO, conducted Talk to Men with selected personnel from the different units of the Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office at NOrPPO Parade Ground, Camp Lt. Col. Francisco C. Fernandez Jr., Sibulan, Negros Oriental.

The activity served as a reminder on the importance of maintaining discipline, integrity, and professionalism in the police service. Personnel were reminded to refrain from engaging in illegal gambling, unlawful activities, and frequenting places of ill repute, while also being encouraged to openly communicate their concerns for appropriate action and resolution.

June 1, 2026 | The Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office (NOrPPO), under the leadership of PCOL TIMMAR J ALAM, Provincial Director, conducted its Monday Flag Raising and Awarding Ceremony at 7:30 AM at the NOrPPO Parade Ground, Camp Lt. Col. Francisco C. Fernandez Jr., Brgy. Agan-an, Sibulan, Negros Oriental.

The activity was attended by the NOrPPO Command Group, staff, personnel, awardees from the different units of NOrPPO, and **PastorAntonio Rodriguez, Life Coach. Also present was the Keynote Speaker, PCPT GAUDIOSO T MORTE, Team Leader of the Negros Oriental Cyber Response Team (NOCRT).

NOrPPO recognized and awarded Certificates and Letters of Commendation to deserving personnel from various units of NOrPPO in recognition of their exemplary accomplishments, dedication, and outstanding performance in the service.

Thereafter, PCPT GAUDIOSO T MORTE delivered an inspirational message, encouraging personnel to remain committed to their duties and continue upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and public service.

The activity successfully concluded at approximately **8:15 AM** on the same date, further strengthening camaraderie, boosting morale, and reinforcing NOrPPO’s commitment to excellence in serving the people of Negros Oriental. 🇵🇭

Under the supervision of PCOL TIMMAR J ALAM, Provincial Director, the Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office (NOrPPO) facilitated the conduct of the Provincial Internal Affairs Service (PIAS) Inspection led by PLTCOL ALVIN FUTALAN, Chief, NOrPIAS.

The inspection was conducted at 8:30 AM on June 1, 2026, at the NOrPPO Parade Ground, Camp Lt. Col. Francisco C. Fernandez Jr., Brgy. Agan-an, Sibulan, Negros Oriental.

The activity aims to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, strengthen organizational discipline, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and accountability among NOrPPO personnel. This initiative forms part of the Philippine National Police's continuing commitment to integrity, transparency, and excellence in public service.

"United in faith, committed to service, and guided by God's love."

The Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office (NOrPPO), led by PMAJ ELPIDIO TAGO-AN JR, Acting Chief, PCADU, under the direct supervision of PCOL TIMMAR J ALAM, Provincial Director, together with personnel from the NOrPPO Headquarters, the Tourist Police Unit (TPU) led by PCPT STEPHEN JAYNARD L POLINAR, PIO/Assistant Unit Chief, and Canlaon City Police Station (CPS) led by PCPT MARK KENNETH NOPRADA, DCOP, along with residents of Brgy. Agan-an, attended the Holy Mass held at the NOrPPO Chapel, Camp Lt. Col. Francisco C. Fernandez Jr., Brgy. Agan-an, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, on May 31, 2026, at 9:00 AM.

The Holy Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Isidro H. Vinzon and served as a meaningful gathering for prayer, thanksgiving, and spiritual reflection. Anchored on the Gospel message of the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity (John 3:16–18), the celebration emphasized God's boundless love, mercy, and gift of salvation through His Son. The reflection inspired both police personnel and community members to strengthen their faith, foster unity, and continue serving others with compassion and integrity. The activity further reinforced the values of dedication, humility, and public service while promoting stronger partnership and harmony between the police and the community.
