Announcement: Extension of SK Lakbay Aral Financial Assistance

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bagong Silang would like to inform everyone that the application for the SK Lakbay Aral Financial Assistance is officially extended until March 20, 2026.

This extension is given to provide more youth the opportunity to submit their requirements and benefit from the program. We encourage all interested and qualified youth to complete their documents and submit them before the deadline.

For inquiries and submission of requirements, please coordinate with your SK officials.

Thank you, and we look forward to your participation in this meaningful program for the youth of our community.

Groud Rules of the Game

Each game consists of:

Four (4) quarters (8 minutes per quarter, as agreed by the committee)

Running time will be applied.

In case of a tie, a 5-minute overtime period will be played until a winner is determined.

Uniform and Equipment

Teams must wear matching jerseys with visible numbers.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Slippers or sandals

Jewelry

Any item that may cause harm.

Discipline and Sportsmanship

The following acts are strictly prohibited:

Fighting

Physical or verbal abuse

Unsportsmanlike conduct

Threats or disrespect toward referees or officials

Any player, coach, or team official involved in misconduct may be:

Ejected from the game

Suspended

Cause for team disqualification

The decisions of the referees and the Tournament Committee are final and irrevocable.

Schedule and Forfeiture

Teams must be at the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled game.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed; failure to comply will result in forfeiture.

Protest

Any protest must be filed immediately after the game by the Team Captain.

All decisions made by the Tournament Committee are final.
