DAY 7 OF CASE-BASED SCENARIO
March 7, 2025, Chief of Police and the Quad Staff of all Police Stations had a Command Conference to discuss the Enhanced Managing Police Operations of respective Stations, held at Heroes Hall, PNPA. It is an activity where platform and achievements of police leaders are being discuss, evaluate, and strategize. It serves as a vital tool for ensuring effective leadership, coordination, and decision-making within the organization. The PNP operates nationwide, with different units handling various responsibilities. A Command Conference ensures that all levels of leadership from the national headquarters down to local stations are on the same page regarding policies, directives, and security concerns. This prevents miscommunication and enhances teamwork among officers.
The Activity was followed by the Closing Ceremony of the Phase 3 of Cadet Attachment Program, the Case-Based Scenario. The activity was led by PCOL MA SHIELA T PORTENTO, Acting Dean of Academics. P/CDT Kristina A Acidre delivered her Class Impression and shared her experience throughout the Cadet Attachment Program, followed by an inspiring Speech of PCOL MA SHIELA T PORTENTO.
