⚠️ STRICT PARTICIPATION POLICY & GUIDELINES:
To ensure fairness, discipline, and maximum community involvement, please take note of the following rules:

🚫 NO ADVANCE REGISTRATION = NO ENTRY: Participants must be officially registered ahead of time. Late or walk-in registrations on the day of the event will not be accepted or allowed to compete. (Especially in basketball, sing and dance)
🧹🏃 MANDATORY ACTIVITIES: Attendance and active participation in the Clean-Up Drive and Fun Run are strictly required.

❌ NO ATTENDANCE = NO PARTICIPATION: Failure to attend the mandatory Clean-Up Drive and Fun Run automatically disqualifies an individual or team from participating in any other LNK 2026 activities, sports leagues, or talent contests.

📌 IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:
Open to all youth residents of Barangay Pulot Center aged 30 years old and below!

OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
I. ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATIONS
To ensure fair play and community representation, all participants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
• Residency: Must be a certified bonafide resident of Sofronio Española.
• Student Status: Must be currently enrolled and actively schooling at Palawan State University (PSU)/ (any school) – Española Campus.
II. TOURNAMENT CATEGORY & ROSTER COMPOSITION
• Age Limit: This is an Open Age Category tournament (no minimum or maximum age requirement).
• Import Rule: Each team is permitted a maximum of two (2) "Import" players on their official line up.
• Note: An "Import" is defined as any player who does not meet the residency or student requirements listed in Section I.
III. SCHEDULE OF PLAY
• Official Start Date: The tournament is scheduled to commence on May 18, 2026.
• Opening Ceremony: Attendance of all participating teams is required during the opening program

Time:8:30AM
Venue: Barangay Pulot Center court

Suggested Registration Requirements
To verify the eligibility of your players, you may want to require the following during submission:
1. For Residents: Barangay Certificate of Residency or a valid Government ID showing a Sofronio Española address. ( IF Needed of the management)
2. For PSU Students: Photocopy of a valid School ID or current Certificate of Enrollment.
