SOLANO POLICE STATION STRENGTHENS CAMPUS SECURITY; SPEARHEADS ANTI-BULLYING SYMPOSIUM AND COMMITMENT PLEDGE AT ALDERSGATE COLLEGE

In a continuous effort to foster safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments, the Solano Municipal Police Station conducted an impactful educational symposium on Anti-Bullying Awareness for senior high school students.

The seminar, held on July 3, 2026, at 1:30 PM, was spearheaded directly by PMAJ JOHN ANTHONY S SANCHEZ, Chief of Police. The event brought together Grade 11 and Grade 12 students of Aldersgate College to discuss the critical nuances of bullying, cyberbullying, and their legal and psychological implications.

He discussed actionable steps for identifying different forms of bullying, standing up safely as bystanders, and effectively reporting incidents to school authorities and law enforcement. The interactive session allowed students to engage in an open dialogue, raise concerns, and gain firsthand insights into community policing.

"Bullying is not a rite of passage; it is a violation of a student's right to safety, dignity, and education," PMAJ Sanchez stated during his address.
