Still soaking in yesterday's achievement! The Municipality of San Francisco is honored to have passed the 2026 Regional Local Governance Champions (RLGC) Onsite Assessment, successfully meeting all 10 Governance Areas.

This milestone is the result of the collective dedication of our municipal officials, department heads, employees, partner agencies, and stakeholders who worked tirelessly toward one goal—delivering responsive, effective, and people-centered governance.

To God be the glory, and to everyone who made this possible, thank you. Together, we move forward in building a stronger San Francisco.

We made it! 🎉

The Municipality of San Francisco, Southern Leyte is proud to share that we have successfully passed the 2026 Regional Local Governance Champions (RLGC) Onsite Assessment conducted by the Provincial Assessment Team on August 5, 2026.

We like to extend our sincerest appreciation to Hon. Jason D. Ortizo, Municipal Mayor; Hon. Fe G. Maruhom, Municipal Vice Mayor; the Sangguniang Bayan, our MLGOO, Ms. Maria Imelda A. Orilla (and staff), Department Heads, LGU employees, partner agencies, barangay officials, stakeholders, and every individual whose dedication, hard work, and cooperation made this achievement possible.

This accomplishment belongs to every San Franciscohanon.
