NOTICE OF RENEWAL/GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Please be informed that the Renewal and General Assembly will be held on August 4, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Sulop Civil Society Center (SCSC), near the Municipal Engineering Office, Purok 6, Poblacion, Sulop, Davao del Sur.

All UM-Digos and CJC Old Scholars are required to prepare for a recital of the Vision, Goal, and Ten (10) Parameters of the Municipality of Sulop, which shall serve as a prerequisite for renewal.

Please be reminded that attendance is mandatory. Failure to attend the activity without a valid reason shall be considered a ground for delisting from the official roll.

Dear Scholars,

Kindly submit the Voter's Certification of your mother and father on or before June 30, 2026, to the Municipal Special Projects Program Office, 2nd Floor, Old Legislative Building, Municipal Hall of Sulop.

Please be advised that non-submission of the required documents within the specified deadline may result in your delisting from the scholarship roll.

NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LGU-SULOP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

1. Counted in the 2024 PSA census;
2. Barangay endorsement or Certificate of Residency;
3. Voter Certification of applicant, mother and father;
4. Present death certificate of parent/s if deceased, if applicable;
5. Affidavit of separation from parent, if they live apart, if applicable
6. Proof of enrolment

For students who had already applied for LGU-Sulop Scholarship,
kindly submit VOTER CERTIFICATION from your parents.
