🧹Simultaneous Clean-Up Drive in the Municipality of Banguingui - In Celebration of National Disaster Resilience Month 2026

Under the steadfast leadership of Hon. Whidzfar I. Sahidulla, and through the active coordination of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) headed by Ms. Nuzaifa H. Ibay, the Municipality of Banguingui successfully conducted a Simultaneous Clean-Up Drive across all barangays.

In line with the observance of National Disaster Resilience Month 2026, this initiative aimed to strengthen community preparedness, promote environmental protection, and reduce risks brought by disasters and hazards.

The activity was made possible through the strong collaboration and bayanihan spirit of various sectors. Participating groups included:

The 14 Barangays of Banguingui, Charlie Company, 101st Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army, Coast Guard Sub-Station Banguingui, Banguingui Municipal Police Station (BMPS), DSWD WGP Staff, BPATs from the 14 Barangays, and WGP Beneficiaries. 🫡 🤝
