The Municipality of Mainit proudly received a ₱1,000,000 check for the Mainit Upland Agriculture Cooperative, released by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

The check was formally received by honorable Vice Mayor Crisanta O. Mondano, Ed.D and Engr. Antonio Peñaflor, Municipal Agriculturist, through the leadership of Regional Director Atty. Jason P. Balais, CESO IV, and Ms. May C. Velonta, Chief LEO/Field Office Head, with the presence of PESO Manager Ms. Jerma T. Caulin, LPT, whose continued efforts in promoting employment and livelihood opportunities help connect Mainitnons to sustainable programs and government initiatives.

This assistance reflects DOLE's continued commitment to empowering local cooperatives, strengthening sustainable livelihood opportunities, and supporting inclusive employment and economic development for the farming communities of Mainit.

The PES Office warmly welcomed Ms. Liza B. Budtan, MSFSc, College Administrator II of SNCAT-TESDA, during her visit to explore future collaborations and partnership opportunities aimed at expanding skills training and employment opportunities for the community.
