Ipinapakita ng matibay na kahandaan ng mga Pilipino na suportahan ang pamahalaan sa pagtatanggol ng pambansang teritoryo at soberanong karapatan sa West Philippine Sea ang nagkakaisang diwa ng pagmamahal sa bayan. Sumasalamin ito sa mataas na pagtitiwala ng mamamayan sa Armed Forces of the Philippines, lalo na sa Philippine Navy, sa patuloy nitong pagtupad sa tungkulin na pangalagaan ang karagatan at soberanya ng bansa. Bilang suporta sa misyong ito, nananatiling handa ang Philippine Navy Finance Center sa pagbibigay ng maayos at tuloy-tuloy na serbisyong pinansyal na nakatutulong sa pagpapanatili ng kahandaan at kakayahan ng Philippine Navy at AFP. 🦪⚓

LOOK! | PNFC Annual General Inspection CY 2026 🦪⚓

On 19-21 May 2026, The Philippine Navy Finance Center (PNFC) successfully underwent the CY 2026 Annual General Inspection conducted by the Office of the Naval Inspector General (OTNIG) at HPNFC, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

The PNFC proudly achieved an 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 rating during the conduct of the AGI CY 2026 by the Office of the Naval Inspector General. The result reflects the unwavering dedication, professionalism, and teamwork of PNFC personnel in delivering responsive, reliable, and mission-focused financial services in support of the Philippine Navy. The inspection highlighted the Center’s strong performance in mission ex*****on, operational readiness, systems management, leadership, and personnel development, demonstrating PNFC’s commitment to excellence and organizational effectiveness.

The positive outcome further showcases PNFC’s capability to maintain high standards in financial management, administrative systems, and operational support while continuously adapting to evolving challenges and organizational demands. Likewise, the exemplary ratings in Systems Management and Leadership and Personnel Behavioral Development underscore the Center’s effective implementation of policies, strong internal processes, and commitment to personnel welfare and professional growth.

While several findings and recommendations were identified during the inspection, PNFC recognizes these as opportunities to further improve its systems, strengthen operational capabilities, and enhance the quality of service provided to its stakeholders. Guided by its commitment to excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement, PNFC remains steadfast in supporting the mission of the Philippine Navy through efficient, transparent, and dependable financial services. 🦪⚓

This recognition inspires the AFP, PN, and PNFC to continue strengthening public trust through honest service, accountability, and excellence.

Tinatayang 72% ng mga Pilipinong nasa hustong gulang ang nagpahayag ng tiwala sa Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), na nagresulta sa mataas na +61 Net Trust Rating. Ipinapakita nito ang matibay na paniniwala ng mamamayan sa dedikasyon, propesyonalismo, at tapat na paglilingkod ng AFP para sa bayan.

Bilang bahagi ng Philippine Navy (PN), patuloy namang isinusulong ng Philippine Navy Finance Center (PNFC) ang maayos, tapat, at episyenteng serbisyong pinansyal para sa kapakanan ng ating mga kasundaluhan at kanilang pamilya. LOOK! | PNFC Quality Management Audit CY 2026 🦪⚓

On 18-21 May 2026, The Philippine Navy Finance Center (PNFC) successfully underwent the CY 2026 Quality Management Audit conducted by the Office of the Naval Inspector General (OTNIG) at HPNFC, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
The audit highlighted the Center’s commitment to effective quality management, operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Several positive observations were noted during the assessment, particularly in leadership commitment, personnel competence, organized documentation, and timely submission of reports.
While Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) were identified, these are viewed by the Center as valuable inputs to further strengthen systems, processes, and overall organizational performance. PNFC remains committed to addressing all observations through continuous enhancement initiatives aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards and the Philippine Navy’s Quality Management objectives.
This accomplishment reflects the dedication, professionalism, and teamwork of PNFC personnel in ensuring quality service and mission readiness in support of the Philippine Navy. 🦪⚓

Leadership That Listens: Building Trust Through Commander’s Time🦪⚓

On 04 May 2026, CAPT FRED R CORREO PN(GSC), Commander, Philippine Navy Finance Center (PNFC), conducted a meaningful Commander’s Time session with PNFC personnel and Civilian HR at MPH, HPNFC, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, in line with fostering open communication and strengthening camaraderie within the unit.

The activity served as an open forum where troops and Civilian HR were given the opportunity to directly engage with their Commander through a sincere kamustahan, exchange of ideas, and open discussion of concerns affecting both their welfare and duties. More than a routine gathering, Commander’s Time highlights the importance of leadership accessibility, mutual understanding, and maintaining a strong connection between command and personnel.
