The rain didn't stop us. ☔✨

On August 4, 2026, we officially launched benchmark PH: IT-BPM ESG Pulse Navigator at the IBPAP Office - and it was a proud moment for everyone in the room.

As IBPAP COO and ESG Chairperson Celeste Ilagan shared, "benchmark PH is specially built for the Philippine IT-BPM sector. Not borrowed from a global template. Not retrofitted from another sector. It's the first in the Philippines and another important milestone for the industry."

The afternoon was equal parts launch and learning. A huge thank you to SusTek for walking participants through a live demo of the platform. By combining advanced AI with deep sustainability expertise, they turned vision into reality. benchmark PH is designed to streamline industry-wide ESG data collection while enabling member companies of every size to participate in measuring our collective sustainability progress, even those with no prior ESG experience. The AI Assist and peer benchmarking features sparked exactly the kind of conversations we hoped for: positive, forward-looking, and inspired.

Bureau Veritas' learning session on ESG reporting and limited assurance audits was the perfect preamble, underscoring that credible sustainability data goes beyond compliance. It is a commitment to the 1.9 million Filipinos who power this industry and the nation's progress.
