🗺️ Tan-awa ang Mindanao Climate Outlook ug hibaloi ang gilaumang kahimtang sa ulan, temperatura, mga adlaw nga walay ulan, posibilidad sa dry condition/dry spell/drought, ug tropical cyclone activity sa sunod unom ka bulan.
🌀 Tropical Cyclones
Gilauman ang 7–11 ka tropical cyclones sulod sa Agosto 2026 hangtod Enero 2027. Pinakadaghan ang posibleng mahitabo sa Agosto ug Septyembre, ug anam-anam nga moubos ang ihap hangtod Enero.
🌧️ Pag-ulan
Sa Agosto hangtod Oktubre, gilauman nga near normal ngadto sa below normal ang pag-ulan sa kadaghanang bahin sa Mindanao. Posible usab nga below normal ang pag-ulan sa mas daghang lugar sa Nobyembre hangtod Enero, ilabina tungod sa epekto sa El Niño.

Sa Agosto hangtod Nobyembre, limitado pa ang mga lugar nga gilauman nga maapektuhan. Apan sa Disyembre ug Enero, adunay posibilidad nga mas daghang lugar sa Mindanao ang makasinati og dry spell ug dry condition, samtang adunay pipila ka lugar nga mahimong makasinati og drought.

📢 CALL FOR QUALIFIED BENEFICIARIES | FREE CLEFT LIP & CLEFT PALATE SURGERY

The City Government of Tagum, in partnership with Operation Smile Philippines Foundation, Inc., is now identifying and registering qualified beneficiaries for the Free Cleft Lip (Bungi) and Cleft Palate (Ngongo) Surgical Program.

This program provides FREE surgical treatment and comprehensive medical evaluation for eligible individuals with cleft lip and/or cleft palate.

Qualifications:

🩺 Cleft Lip (Bungi)
• Minimum age: 6 months old
• Minimum weight: 8 kilograms
• No maximum age or weight requirement

🩺 Cleft Palate (Ngongo)
• Minimum age: 1 year old
• Minimum weight: 10 kilograms
• Maximum age: 12 years old

Requirements:
✅ Valid ID of the patient (or Birth Certificate if the patient is a minor)
✅ Valid ID of the parent or guardian
✅ PhilHealth ID/PIN (PhilHealth Identification Number)
✅ Contact number of the parent or guardian

📍 Interested beneficiaries are encouraged to visit the Barangay Hall of La Filipina for assistance with registration.

🗓 Registration is open until July 31, 2026.

📢 ADVISORY | Cerebral Palsy (CP) Profiling and Registration

The Office of the City Mayor of Tagum, through its commitment to promoting the welfare and inclusion of persons with disabilities, is conducting the profiling and registration of individuals with Cerebral Palsy (CP).

We encourage all families, parents, guardians, and caregivers of individuals with Cerebral Palsy in Barangay La Filipina to visit the Barangay Hall on or before July 31, 2026, to have their family member included in the profiling and registration.

Our Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), barangay officials, and designated volunteers are available to assist and facilitate the registration process.

Let us work together to ensure that every qualified individual is identified and included in this important initiative, helping provide access to programs and services for persons with Cerebral Palsy.
