𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗝𝗮𝗶𝗹 – 𝗙𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 | 𝗕𝗝𝗠𝗣𝗥𝗢 𝗩𝗜𝗜

At around 4:00 PM on May 29, 2026, SJO3 Jalyn D Roullo, Acting Warden, together with JO1 Badilles and JO1 Delima, attended the City of Naga Flag Retirement Day held at the City Hall Grounds, East Poblacion, City of Naga, Cebu, alongside other participating agencies.

The activity, spearheaded by the City Government of Naga, aimed to honor and properly retire worn-out Philippine flags in accordance with national traditions and with utmost respect for the national symbol.

The ceremony was conducted solemnly through the observance of proper flag retirement procedures, reflecting patriotism, unity, and reverence for the dignity of the Philippine flag.

Today, the Naga City Jail Female Dormitory through the leadership of the Acting Warden SJO3 Jalyn D Roullo, have successfully conducted the Values Restoration Program of the Week with the value focus on Prayerfulness. Both personnel and Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) actively joined the said event, demonstrating unity and shared commitment to spiritual growth.

The activity aimed to strengthen faith, encourage reflection, and promote positive moral transformation among participants through the practice of prayer and spiritual engagement within the facility.

May 25, 2026, all available duty personnel together with twelve (12) female PDL of Naga City Jail Female Dormitory participated in the International Candlelight AIDS Memorial (IACM) 2026 held at Talisay City Jail Male Dormitory.

The activity served as a meaningful remembrance for the millions of people around the world who lost their lives due to HIV/AIDS, while also showing support and compassion to individuals and families continuously living with its impact. Through a candle-lighting ceremony and prayers, the participants honored the bravery, perseverance, and resilience of people living with HIV/AIDS.

This activity reflects the commitment of the facility in promoting awareness, empathy, and solidarity within the community.

🇵🇭 LOOK | Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony 🇵🇭

On May 25, 2026, the Naga City Jail Female Dormitory and Talisay City Jail Female Dormitory jointly conducted the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the TCJFD Ceremonial Ground.

The activity was led by SJO3 Jalyn D. Roullo, Acting Jail Warden of NCJFD and JCINSP MARICEL MIJARES, together with the personnel and Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) of the said facilities. The ceremony was successfully conducted, promoting discipline, unity, patriotism, and commitment to public service.

Today, JO3 Unabia shared his meaningful thoughts and opinions about Political Neutrality as the Core Value of the Week during the activity held at Talisay City Jail Female Dormitory.

He emphasized the importance of fairness, respect for diverse opinions, and maintaining impartiality in the performance of duties. His message reminded everyone that professionalism and integrity must always prevail above personal political beliefs.

𝗝𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗧 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗬𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 | 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

On May 19, 2026, personnel of Naga City Jail – Female Dormitory led by SJO3 Jalyn D. Roullo, Acting Warden, together with Talisay City Jail Female Dormitory personnel and PNP DEG-SOU7, successfully conducted a Joint Greyhound Operation at Talisay City Jail Female Dormitory.

The operation aims to support the application for a Drug-Free Facility and ensure the safety and security of the facility through the confiscation of prohibited items and contrabands. A thorough search and seizure operation was conducted in Dorms 1 and 2 following a short briefing among participating personnel.

Today marks a meaningful milestone as 𝐉𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐋𝐔𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐂. 𝐌𝐔Ñ𝐎𝐙, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐄, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, completes his first year of dedicated service and leadership in 𝐁𝐉𝐌𝐏 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐈𝐈.

Throughout the past year, his leadership has been defined by vision, integrity, discipline, and genuine commitment to public service. Under his stewardship, 𝐁𝐉𝐌𝐏 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐈𝐈 has continued to strengthen its pursuit of operational excellence, fiscal responsibility, professional development, collaborative governance, and programs that advance the welfare of both Persons Deprived of Liberty and personnel.

𝐑𝐃 𝐌𝐔Ñ𝐎𝐙 has consistently exemplified transformative leadership—one that inspires unity, uplifts morale, and guides the region toward a higher standard of service. His first year in 𝐁𝐉𝐌𝐏 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐈𝐈 stands not only as a milestone of leadership, but also as a continuing reminder of the Bureau’s mission to serve with competence, compassion, and accountability.

🌸 Mother’s Day Celebration 2026 🌸

Today, May 11, 2026, a simple yet meaningful Mother’s Day Celebration was successfully conducted by Naga City Jail-Female Dormitory at the TCJFD Activity Area.

The activity was led by Acting Warden SJO3 Jalyn D. Roullo together with other four personnel of the said facility.

The celebration aimed to honor and appreciate all mothers and mother figures for their unconditional love, sacrifices, hard work, and invaluable role in shaping their families and society. Through this activity, participants were reminded of the importance of gratitude, respect, and love for every mother who continues to inspire and care for their loved ones.
