The City Government of Talisay, under the ASENSO Platform of Governance of Mayor Atty. Rowena "Weng" Lopez Lizares through the City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (CTEIPO) headed by Mr. Ismael Paredes Penado, successfully conducted 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟑 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐎 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝟓: 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 on July 23, 2026 at the Talisay Express Service Office (TESO).
𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨-𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙨
The session provided MSMEs, entrepreneurs, and business owners with practical knowledge on basic accounting concepts, financial recordkeeping, and understanding financial statements—essential skills for making sound business decisions and achieving sustainable growth.

The City Government of Talisay, under the ASENSO Platform of Governance of Mayor Atty. Rowena "Weng" Lopez Lizares, through the City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (CTEIPO) headed by Ismael Paredes Penado successfully conducted Learning Session 2 of the 2026 ASENSO SPARK Academy Batch 5: GCash Pera Outlet Activation.

The session equipped local entrepreneurs, sari-sari store owners, and aspiring GCash partners with the knowledge and requirements to become GCash Pera Outlet operators, enabling them to provide accessible digital financial services in their communities while creating additional income opportunities.

This initiative reflects the City's commitment to promoting financial inclusion, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship by bringing innovative digital payment solutions closer to every Talisaynon.
