๐ŸŽจ All registered contestants must report to the SK Pago Office at GK Village Blue Building before 6:00 PM on August 28, 2026.
๐ŸŽจ The SK Council will provide a 1/4 illustration board. Participants are responsible for bringing their own art materials and preferred medium, including watercolor, coloring pens, color pastels, or other suitable materials.
๐ŸŽจ Each participant is allowed to submit one (1) poster entry only.
๐ŸŽจ All posters must be created at the designated venue and finished within the allotted 1 hour and 30 minutes.
๐ŸŽจ Each artwork will be assigned a pre-numbered entry. To ensure impartiality, participants must not place any name, signature, or other identifying marks on their poster.
๐ŸŽจ All entries will be assessed by a panel of judges with relevant knowledge, experience, and background in the field.
