The 3rd Quarter City Cooperative Development Council (CCDC) Meeting was successfully conducted on September 18, 2025, at the Tandag City Cooperative Development Center, Luha, Balilahan, Mabua, Tandag City.

The meeting addressed important matters, including updates from national line agencies present, such as DOLE, TESDA, and DAR; preparations for the 6th Regional Cooperative Congress; the Cooperative Month Celebration in October; and the Community Development Plan for each cooperative.

The meeting was graced by a special guest, Hon. Antonio V. Salazar, the Chair of the Committee on Cooperatives and Livelihood, who attended the event as the official representative of Hon. Mayor Roxanne C. Pimentel, expressing the city government’s continued support for the cooperative sector. He emphasized that cooperatives are not only economic drivers but also social institutions that contribute to livelihood opportunities, financial empowerment, education, health services, and community welfare.
The event concluded with several resolutions in favor of the continued growth and development of cooperatives. This progress is made possible by the strong collaboration between the City Cooperatives Development Council (CCDC) and the City Government of Tandag through the City Cooperatives Development Office—a partnership that continues to strengthen cooperative development and unity across Tandag City.

Cooperatives: Planning Today for a Better Tomorrow! 🌟

The City Government of Tandag conducted the Cooperative Strategic Planning for C.Y. 2026–2028 through the City Cooperatives Development Office (CCDO) and in partnership with the City Cooperatives Development Council (CCDC) on August 14–16, 2025, at the Tandag City Cooperatives Development Center, Balilahan, Mabua, Tandag City. 🙌✨

With the active participation of 25 cooperatives, 3 Cooperative Development Offices, and a total of 45 delegates, this 3-day workshop set the direction for stronger programs, innovative projects, and sustainable growth in our cooperative sector. 🌱🤝

A heartfelt thank you to our resource speaker, Sir Winston Salvador, Executive Director of Propegemus Foundation Inc., for sharing his invaluable insights and expertise, which inspired our cooperatives to achieve greater impact. 👏
