PhilSys National ID Registration
April 14–15, 2026
Blue Gym, Poblacion, Tangcal, Lanao del Norte
The two-day PhilSys National ID Registration activity held on April 14–15, 2026 at the Blue Gym, Poblacion, Tangcal, Lanao del Norte, was successfully concluded through the collaborative efforts of the Local Government Unit of Tangcal and the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
The Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) of LGU-Tangcal, under the leadership of Municipal Civil Registrar Ms. Saripia S. Diragon-Macapaar and together with Registration Officer I Ms. Juhara Musa-Dimaraot, actively supported the PSA PhilSys team in facilitating the smooth conduct of the registration. The LCRO team played a vital role in assisting constituents throughout the process, ensuring that services were accessible, organized, and efficient.
Special attention was given to priority lanes, particularly for pregnant women, mothers with infants, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and senior citizens, ensuring that these vulnerable groups were served promptly and with care. In addition, the team assisted in the distribution of ePhil IDs and facilitated the enlisting of individuals with lost transaction slips, enabling them to proceed with the printing of their paper-based National ID (ePhil ID).
The activity was made more effective with the dedicated support of PSA PhilSys Registration Agents Ms. Analyn B. Rillera and Ms. Riza Grace T. Serencio, whose commitment ensured a seamless registration and printing process. The presence of CBMS personnel, Sir Niel Pasco further strengthened the initiative by conducting verification surveys, particularly benefiting constituents who are part of various programs of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
The event was undeniably jam-packed, reflecting the strong turnout and enthusiasm of the residents of Tangcal. Despite the large number of registrants, the team maximized time and resources, successfully delivering both registration and on-site printing of ePhil IDs, making the activity highly productive and impactful.
The LGU-Tangcal expresses its heartfelt gratitude to the Philippine Statistics Authority – Lanao del Norte, especially Ms. Brenda Lynn Castro, OIC PSA-LDN, and PhilSys-LDN Supervisor Mr. Juan Paolo Angelo Lozano, for accommodating the municipality on short notice and for their unwavering commitment to public service.
Likewise, sincere appreciation is extended to our Hon. Mayor Nancy Adiong and Vice Mayor Fatima Tomawis for their steadfast support, provision of logistics, and leadership, which greatly contributed to the success of the event.
Indeed, the activity stands as a testament to strong collaboration and shared dedication to public service—bringing government services closer to the people and ensuring that every citizen is given access to a legal and secure identity.
