Pursuant to Executive Order No. 34, Series of 2025, as issued by the Province of Negros Oriental through Gov. Manuel “Chaco” Sagarbarria, cancelling the work in all government offices, effective tomorrow, November 4, 2025, and to prioritize the safety of every Tanjayanon, I hereby declare the suspension of work in all government offices in Tanjay City this afternoon, November 3, 2025, to give enough time for our employees to travel and return to their respective homes in preparation for the possible threats of Typhoon Tino.

All emergency response teams and healthcare offices shall be on standby in cases of emergency.

An official Executive Order will follow for everyone’s guidance and reference. Amping kanunay, Tanjayanons.

TANJAY CITY LOCAL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (LYDO)

The Tanjay City Local Youth Development Office is pleased to formally announce that this is the official page and account of the Tanjay City LYDO, the recognized and authorized youth arm of the Local Government Unit of Tanjay City, working in partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation and various youth-serving organizations within our city.

The Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) serves as a vital institution that upholds the vision of empowering, developing, and guiding the young people of Tanjay City to become responsible, active, and value-driven citizens. Guided by the principles of the Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP) and the Republic Act 10742 (Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015), the LYDO ensures that youth participation is strengthened in local governance, community service, and nation-building.

Through this official page, the LYDO commits to:
