In a shared pursuit of enduring peace and unity, the land dispute between the Comayog family (Taraka) and the Dumpa family (Tamparan) was formally and amicably resolved on August 26, 2026, at the Taraka Gymnasium, Brgy. Marohom, Taraka, Lanao del Sur.
The peaceful resolution was facilitated through the leadership and mediation of ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐๐๐ ๐ฆ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ ๐ฃ ๐๐๐๐. ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ผ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป ๐จ. ๐ฆ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ป, together with ๐๐ผ๐ป. ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐๐ถ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ถ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฎ, ๐๐ผ๐ป. ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฎ ๐จ. ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฟ๐ฎ-๐ฆ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ป, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, BLGU officials, traditional elders, and community leaders.
The reconciliation was formalized through the solemn swearing on the Holy Qur'an, with both parties agreeing to waive all complaints and embrace lasting peace.
