A natural leader, Gab not only excelled in advocacy but also in sports, leading the College of Computer Studies Chess Team to victory and securing a gold medal in SCUAA RIII during his graduation year. Alongside his passion for law, Gab pursued a Master of Arts in Education and taught at Tarlac State University before continuing his public service as an Executive Assistant to the Provincial Governor. Gab’s expertise extends beyond government work—he’s held key roles in corporate management, including Director of Corporate Services at Cindy’s Bakery & Restaurant, Regional Operations Manager at Waltermart Malls, and Chief Operating Officer at BW Superbakeshop. Today, Gab is happily married to Angela Cortez Hayashi, a Master Teacher II at San Isidro Elementary School. They are proud parents of two daughters, Angel Gabrielle, 9, and Alexandra Gabrielle, 4, both students at the College of the Holy Spirit of Tarlac. Outside of his legal practice, Gab is a devoted advocate for free legal aid, especially for the poor and those deprived of liberty. He actively supports the local Aeta community and partners with both local and international organizations in conducting medical missions for underserved populations.
