2026 NHA PEOPLE’S CARAVAN | SERBISYONG DALA AY PAG-ASA!
TUBIGNONS, SERBISYO UG TABANG, DUOL NA SA INYO!
The Local Government Unit of Tubigon, in partnership with the National Housing Authority (NHA), various national government agencies, private organizations, and partner institutions, invites all Tubignons to the 2026 NHA People’s Caravan!
With the theme “Serbisyong Dala ay Pag-asa,” this meaningful initiative brings essential government services, programs, assistance, and opportunities closer to our communities—all in one place and within reach of every Tubignon.

SERVICES AVAILABLE
A wide range of services and assistance will be available from participating government agencies and partner organizations, including:
• Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) – Safety and security, free haircut, medical and dental services
• BFAR – Food processing skills training and IEC materials
• Department of Agriculture (DA) – KADIWA Pop-Up Store, skills training with starter kits/planting materials, and IEC materials\
• DENR – Distribution of titles with ROD, seedlings distribution, and acceptance of patent applications
• DICT – Internet connectivity services
• Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) – Public assistance and e-registration assistance
• DOH – Free medical and eye check-ups, dental services, oral hygiene kits, and medicines, subject to availability
• DOST – Soap-making activity, STARBOOKS, and IEC materials
• DOLE – Profiling and information on livelihood and employment programs
• DSWD – SLP inquiries and orientation, KADIWA product display, information desk, and IEC materials
• Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) – Membership registration, Loyalty Card issuance, claims inquiries, and other housing-related programs
• LTO – LTO on Wheels: Student Permit, Driver’s License application/renewal, and Motor Vehicle Registration
• NBI – Central Visayas Regional Office – NBI Clearance services, inquiries, and assistance on matters within NBI jurisdiction
• OWWA – Counseling and orientation on programs and services for OFWs and their dependents
• PAO – Free legal counseling and assistance
• PhilHealth – Membership registration, PhilHealth ID issuance, claims inquiries, and IEC materials
• PNP – Safety and security, medical/dental mission augmentation, free National Police Clearance, and free haircut
• Philippine Red Cross – Blood typing, first-aid demonstration, insurance membership information, volunteer recruitment, and hygiene promotion
• PSA – National ID registration and civil registry-related applications
• Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI) – Employment opportunities, membership applications, MSME/product assistance, and cancer screening
• TESDA – Scholarship applications, free haircut, free hilot/wellness services, and IEC materials
• SSS – Registration, issuance, and IEC materials
• Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) – Information and assistance on cooperative-related services
• Paramount – Free eye check-up
• Bruno's Barber – Free haircut
• Public Employment Service Office (PESO) – Job Fair for local and overseas employment
WHAT TO BRING?
To make your transactions easier and more convenient, please prepare the necessary documents applicable to the service you wish to avail of, such as:
• Birth Certificate
• Marriage Certificate, for married applicants
• Valid government-issued ID/s
• Other relevant supporting documents required by the participating agency
Please note: Requirements may vary depending on the service and participating agency. Whenever applicable, please bring your original documents together with photocopies to help ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction.
