The Negosyo Center Tubungan has been recognized as one of the top-performing centers in the province during the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Iloilo Year-End Assessment and Planning, securing multiple awards that highlight its outstanding service delivery and commitment to micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) development.

In the 4th Class Municipality Category, Negosyo Center Tubungan was conferred the titles of Top Performing Negosyo Center – Client Assisted and Top Performing Negosyo Center – Product Development. These distinctions underscore the center’s dedication to providing comprehensive support to entrepreneurs, from client assistance to product innovation, thereby strengthening the local business landscape.

Junior Business Counselor Nino Anthony Eder also received individual recognition for his exemplary performance and contributions to MSME empowerment. He was honored with the Peer Excellence Award, as well as the Above and Beyond – Success Story (4th Class) and Above and Beyond – Business Counselling (4th Class) awards. These accolades reflect his professionalism, commitment, and impact in guiding local enterprises toward growth and sustainability.

The recognitions bestowed upon Negosyo Center Tubungan and its personnel affirm the center’s role as a vital partner in advancing inclusive economic development in Tubungan. They also highlight the synergy between the Department of Trade and Industry, the Local Government Unit of Tubungan, and the resilient MSMEs that continue to drive progress in the community.

📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY

Please be informed that the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Regional Office VI and DTI Iloilo Provincial Office will be closed today, November 3, 2025, from 1:00 PM onwards.

This is in view of the advisory issued by DOST-PAGASA (TC Bulletin No. 6) placing Iloilo City under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2, and reports of cancellation of land and sea trips.

The temporary closure is being implemented to ensure the safety and welfare of our personnel.

For continuity of service, a work-from-home arrangement will be in place.
