Laborious yet worth the wait. From last week's harvest and after 3 days of air drying, 2 tubs had been filled. Wish you can smell the aroma of fresh turmeric on the grind. It is not to the powdery consistency I desired as I am using an ordinary grinder but this is just right for personal consumption.

Chili leaves are at times taken for granted. It has a mild subtle peppery taste unlike the chili fruit. As a Filipino, this is a staple for native chicken soup. Where it contains vitamins A,B and C, iron and calcium lets grow this as it needs not much space.
