📣 BRIGADA ESKWELA 2025: CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS & DONATIONS!

Dear Parents, Alumni, Partners, and Community Members,

As we prepare our school for the upcoming academic year, we invite you to be part of Brigada Eskwela 2025 — a shared community effort to ensure a clean, safe, and child-friendly learning environment for our students.

🗓 When: JUNE 9 - 13, 2025
📍 Where: GUINTABOQN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
⏰ Time: 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are looking for volunteers to help with cleaning, minor repairs, painting, organizing classrooms, gardening, and other preparations.

We also welcome donations, including but not limited to:

📣 Cleaning supplies (brooms, mops, disinfectants, garbage bags)
📣 Paint and brushes
📣 Construction and repair tools
📣 School supplies (paper, pens, notebooks)
📣 Alcohol, and hygiene kits
📣 Snacks and water for volunteers

🎯 Every contribution, big or small, makes a HUGE difference. Let’s work hand in hand to make our school a better place for every learner!

• Gathering and Submission of Data needed for the New School Year (e.g. Class Program, School Forms, etc.) - June 16-30, 2025
• DepEd's Founding Anniversary - June 23-24
• Beginning of School Year - June 16, 2025

📍Incoming Kindergarten Requirements:
1. Age 5 on or before October 31, 2025
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. ECCD from Day Care Center or from Private Schools
4. If no birth, secure Barangay Certificate stating parent and child information.
