📍At least 18 years old and physically/mentally fit to undergo technical training.
📍Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
📍Completed at least 10 years of basic education (Grade 10 under K-12) or holds an Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Achievement.
📍Capable of performing basic mathematical computations and analytical reasoning.

𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟏 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Must be a Baccalaureate Degree graduate (or TVET equivalent) and hold an active National Certificate (NC) at the same or higher level in their technical field.

📢 RTC Fit4Skills Assessment is scheduled as part of the recruitment and screening process for applicants. Kindly bring a ballpen and a cellphone (to be used for online registration).

Ten cadets have officially completed their 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐈𝐧𝐜. (𝐀𝐏𝐑𝐈), marking another milestone in their journey toward becoming industry-ready professionals.

The 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝟗 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 was held on 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 at the 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐛𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐞𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭, celebrating the successful completion of the cadetship program and the growth of the cadets throughout their training journey.

As part of the partnership between 𝐀𝐏𝐑𝐈 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐓𝐂-𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐙𝐎𝐍, the cadets underwent specialized technical training in 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 at the Regional Training Center – CALABARZON.

Implemented under the 𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐃𝐀 𝐃𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 (𝐃𝐓𝐒) 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, the program brings together structured learning and industry-based experience—creating opportunities for cadets to develop not only technical competencies, but also the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and workplace readiness needed in the industry.

For APRI, the Enhanced Cadetship Program has been an 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐬’ 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, providing them with meaningful opportunities to learn, experience, and prepare for the demands of the workplace.

🔹 Technical guidance from trainers or designated personnel
🔹 Skills refreshing and familiarization activities
🔹 Preparation for competency assessment
🔹 Preparation for employment application

𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐆𝐄, subject to facility availability and existing operational and safety requirements. Alumni will only need to provide the consumable materials, supplies, and PPE required for their practice activities.
