A PRAYER FOR PROTECTION 🙏

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with humble hearts, asking for Your protection and guidance.

Lord, please keep every family safe. Protect our homes, our children, our elderly, and everyone who may be vulnerable during this time. Shield us from strong winds, heavy rains, flooding, landslides, and every danger that may come with the storm.

Give our people wisdom to stay alert, prepare early, and make decisions that will keep their families safe. May those living in high-risk areas find safe shelter, and may no one be left behind.

We also pray for our rescue teams, emergency responders, volunteers, barangay officials, and everyone working tirelessly to serve and protect our people. Give them strength, courage, wisdom, and protection as they carry out their responsibilities.

Lord, may we remain calm, united, and compassionate toward one another. Help us remember that in times of difficulty, we are stronger when we stand together and look after our neighbors.

Be our refuge and our strength throughout this storm. Watch over every home and every person in our community.

We place our lives and our community in Your loving hands.

May You keep us safe, Lord, and bring peace to every family.

Alinsunod sa Executive Order (EO) No. 66-2026 na nag-uutos ng pre-emptive evacuation sa mga low-lying, flood-prone, coastal, at landslide-prone areas, narito ang listahan ng mga itinalagang evacuation centers sa bawat barangay ng Lungsod ng San Fernando.

PUBLIC ADVISORY 📢

​Pursuant to Executive Order No. 41, classes at all levels and work in government offices in the Province of La Union are suspended tomorrow, August 4, 2026, due to the Orange Rainfall Warning issued amid Tropical Cyclone Luis and Southwest Monsoon.

​Suspension of work in private companies is also encouraged and left at the discretion of their respective heads of office.

Offices providing essential services, such as health, disaster risk reduction, and emergency response, will remain fully operational.

Heavenly Father,

We entrust the people of Luzon into Your loving care as Tropical Depression Luis brings heavy rains and threatens many communities. Please keep every resident safe from floods, landslides, and other dangers. Protect families living near rivers, mountains, and low-lying areas, and watch over those who may need to evacuate.

Grant wisdom and discernment to our national and local leaders, disaster response teams, and flood control authorities. Guide them in making timely decisions, coordinating rescue efforts, managing evacuation centers, and implementing measures that will help reduce flooding and protect lives. Strengthen every responder serving tirelessly in this time of need.

May Your hand of protection be upon the Philippines, bringing peace, safety, and hope to every affected community. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen. 🙏🇵🇭
