Arrest of Most Wanted Persons for Robbery in an Uninhabited Place or in a Private Building

On March 5, 2026, at about 1:10 PM onwards, operatives of the Valenzuela City Police Station successfully arrested three male individuals, all young adults and residents of Barangay Canumay West, Valenzuela City. The suspects were listed as Most Wanted Persons for the crime of Robbery in an Uninhabited Place or in a Private Building under Article 302 of the Revised Penal Code.

The operation was conducted under the leadership of PCOL JOSEPH G TALENTO, Chief of Police, VCPS. The arresting team was composed of operatives from the Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS), VCPS, led by PLT FELIX S VIERNES, OIC, WSS, under the supervision of PCPT ROBIN D SANTOS, OIC, IDMS, with the assistance of personnel from Valenzuela City Police Sub-Station 1, led by PCPT MANUEL CRISTOBAL, OIC, SS1.

The Warrant of Arrest was issued and signed by HON. TERESITA ASUNCION MAGSINO LACANDULA-RODRIGUEZ, Presiding Judge of the Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 81, Valenzuela City, on February 26, 2026, with a recommended bail bond of PhP 36,000.00.

The arrested individuals were properly apprised of their constitutional rights and were subsequently brought to the Valenzuela City Police Station for proper documentation. Thereafter, they will be turned over to the court of origin for proper disposition.
