Personnel of this station, spearheaded by our ππ€π΅πͺπ―π¨ ππ¦π¨πͺπ°π―π’π ππͺπ³π¦π€π΅π°π³, ππ¦π¦π¨π£π§ πππ₯π‘ππ₯π π§ π₯π’π¦ππ§π, ππ¦π, under the supervision of ππ¦π¦π¨π£π§ ππππ‘π‘ππ§π§π π ππ¨π¦ππ¬ππ‘, ππ¦π, π£ππ , and with the guidance of πππ‘π¦π£ πππππ‘ π£ πππ‘π¨ππ, ππ€π΅πͺπ―π¨ - ππΆπ―πͺπ€πͺπ±π’π ππͺπ³π¦ ππ’π³π΄π©π’π, conducted a joint roving and monitoring operation together with the San Marcelino Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (LDRRMO) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) as part of the safety measures implemented in response to Tropical Depression Maymay. The team inspected drainage systems and monitored the conditions at the Protective D**e (Rabanes), Consuelo Norte Bridge, Palupyas (Lapaz), and San Guillermo Creek along the National Highway.
The activity aimed to monitor the water level and overall condition of these flood-prone areas, assess potential hazards, ensure public safety, facilitate timely response to any emergency, and provide early warning and coordination with concerned agencies in the event of flooding or other weather-related incidents.
