OOA 2205H - 2305H ||
Vitali Fire Sub-Station, headed by SFO2 Filip R Soria, Acting Sub-Station Commander, together with Shift B personnel, responded to a Vehicular Accident at Sitio Mialim, Barangay Vitali, Zamboanga City.
Upon arrival at the scene, the responding team assessed the area and found it safe and secure. One (1) male patient was found lying on the road, conscious, coherent, and responsive. Based on initial assessment, the victim sustained head injury and an open wound with a suspected fracture on the left foot.

Immediate first aid was provided, including bandaging of the patient's head and immobilization of the right foot using a splint. The patient was carefully carried and loaded into the responding police mobile for transport to the Lying-In Clinic at Sentro Vitali for further medical evaluation.

This prompt and effective response highlights the Bureau of Fire Protection’s continued commitment to safeguarding lives and serving the community with courage, competence, and genuine dedication to public service.

OOA 1537H - 1708H ||
Vitali Fire Sub-Station, headed by SFO2 Filip R Soria, Acting Sub-Station Commander, together with Shift B personnel, responded to a Vehicular Accident at Sitio Mulawin, Barangay Mangusu, Zamboanga City.

Upon arrival at the scene, personnel of Tigbalabag Fire Sub-Station (FSS) were already administering first aid to the three (3) victims, all of whom were conscious. Based on initial assessment, one (1) victim sustained an abrasion on the right elbow, while the two (2) victims sustained an abrasion on their left kness.
The affected area was thoroughly cleansed with sterile normal saline, followed by an application of povidone-iodine (Betadine).The patient was advised and encouraged to be transported to the hospital, the patient refused to be transported.

This prompt and effective response highlights the Bureau of Fire Protection’s continued commitment to safeguarding lives and serving the community with courage, competence, and genuine dedication to public service.
