BFP Lower Tungawan FSS - Shift A personnel headed by SFO2 Edwin O Cabaljog, Acting Sub-station Commander, under the Supervision of FSINSP JOEL B BASILIO, Municipal Fire Marshal, responded to an emergency medical situation at Brgy. San Pedro, Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay.
OOA 0757H 31 August 2026 Lower Tungawan Fire Sub-Station received a report from a concerned citizen regarding a vehicular incident at Barangay San Pedro, Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay. Upon receipt of the report, Shift A duty personnel immediately proceeded to the area to provide emergency medical assistance to the involved patient. Upon arrival at the scene, the responding team found the patient seated beside the road, conscious, alert, and responsive. Initial assessment revealed an abrasion on the left arm. Immediate first aid was provided. The patient was assisted into a comfortable position, and the wound was cleaned and properly dressed. The patient was transported via Barangay Transport Vehicle, manned by BFP personnel, to the Tungawan Rural Health Unit (RHU) for further medical evaluation, treatment, and management.
