The Municipal Youth Development Officer of the Municipality of Titay, ZSP was invited by the National Youth Commission (NYC) as member of the panel during Panel Discussion at the ALAB Mindanao SK Island - Wide Convention 2025.

As one of the Top 10 LYDOs (Component Municipality and City Category) in the Philippines to answer prevalent question and issues on youth development and empowerment.

Together with him were the PYDO of the Province of Sulu and the PYDO of Davao de Oro one of the Top 5 LYDOs (HUCs and Province Category) in the Philippines.

Kudos to the Municipal Youth Development Officer of the Municipality of Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay for having been elected as the 13th National Youth Parliament (NYP) Primary Convener for Region IX.

May you be successful in advocating for youth development and empowerment in Region IX through advocating for the implementation of the Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP) and the policies lobbied during the 13th National Youth Parliament held at Vigan City, Ilocos Sur last November 17 - 21, 2025.

It is such an honor to have you as one of the four representatives from the Cluster 8 [Regions IX and XII] 13th National Youth Parliament (NYP) - Cluster Assembly last November 19 - 22, 2022 held at Zamboanga City.

The Katipunan Kabataan Assembly and Youth Profiling activity at Barangay New Canaan aimed to engage and empower the youth. Through interactive discussions, knowledge sharing, and profiling activities, the event sought to strengthen awareness, encourage responsible citizenship, and support the growth of a healthy, informed, and proactive youth community. Activities focused on fostering leadership, personal development, and collaboration for the betterment of the barangay.
