BFP–Piñan Joins the GC on Wheels Outreach Program
BFP–Piñan headed by SFO3 Elmar M Pagente, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, together with all of Piñan MFS personnel actively participated in the GC on Wheels Medical Outreach Program held at the Covered Court of Barangay Poblacion, Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte — a meaningful community initiative dedicated to bringing essential services closer to the people and promoting a healthier, safer, and more empowered community.
The program offered a wide range of free services and assistance, including health check-ups, X-ray services, dental consultations and tooth extraction, eye check-ups, and other valuable medical services. It also featured a livelihood and agricultural support program, providing free seeds and seedlings, as well as fertilizers to help residents cultivate their own plants, improve food production, and create sustainable sources of livelihood.
Adding joy to the occasion was a simple yet meaningful feeding activity for the children, bringing smiles to the little ones while promoting proper nutrition and community care.
