📢 MASENIOR CITIZEN KA NA BALA?

All residents of Zarraga, Iloilo who have just turned sixty (60) years old, are hereby encouraged to register with the Office for Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) at the Municipality of Zarraga.

Interested individuals are advised to visit the OSCA Office and submit the following requirements:

1. Registration Form (from OSCA Office)
2. Any of the following valid documents:
• Certificate of Live Birth
• Baptismal Certificate
• Voter’s ID
• PhilSys National ID
3. Certificate of Residency
4. 1×1 ID picture (1 pc.)
5. 2×2 ID pictures (2pcs.)

This registration is necessary to avail of the programs, benefits, and services provided for senior citizens.

📢 REQUIREMENTS FOR OCTAGENARIAN, NONAGENARIAN, & CENTENARIAN.

Residents of Zarraga, Iloilo who are turning 80, 85, 90, 95, and 100 years old are requested to submit the following documents:

1. Application Form “Annex-A” – available only at the OSCA Office
2. Recent 2x2 ID picture (1 pc.)
3. Original PSA Birth Certificate, baptismal certificate, or photocopy of PhilSys National ID (with 3 specimen signatures or thumbmarks of the applicant).
4. In the absence of items in number 3, present any government-issued ID
5. Photocopy of OSCA ID (with 3 specimen signatures or thumbmarks of the applicant).
6. Whole-body picture printed on A4 bond paper

Applicants who already have these requirements are requested to present them at the OSCA Office, Municipality of Zarraga.

A successful Cash Gift Distribution for our Milestone Year Beneficiaries (2024 & 2025)! 🎉

Successful distribution of wheelchairs and quad canes for the Senior Citizen and PWD beneficiaries of Zarraga, sponsored by Congresswoman Doc. Cathy Gorriceta. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our supportive Mayor, Doc. Jeffrey M. Silveo, for his unwavering support. Special thanks as well to MSWDO Ma'am Cherrylyn, the dedicated MSWDO staff, OSCA Head Ma'am Anita P. Dilag and the OSCA staff, and our Senior Citizens President for their invaluable assistance and teamwork in making this meaningful activity a success.

The Office of Senior Citizens Affairs - OSCA, in coordination with DSWD Social Pension Regional Staff, successfully conducted the 3rd Quarter 2026 Social Pension Payout to beneficiaries and received ₱3,000 each under RA 9994.
