🌿 Jinnah Welfare Council Bhakkar – Advancing Community-Based Environmental Assessment

We are pleased to share that Jinnah Welfare Council (JWC) Bhakkar has entered into an agreement with Baghbaan Environmental Services (Pvt.) Ltd. (BES) to conduct an Grazing & Community Assessment in Rakh Goharwala, Tehsil Mankera, District Bhakkar.

JWC will engage with local grazers, Forest/Range officials and the Livestock Department. This initiative reflects JWC’s commitment to evidence-based environmental planning, community participation, sustainable natural resource management and climate resilience in Bhakkar.

🤝 Strengthening Education Through Collaboration

Jinnah Welfare Council (JWC), Bhakkar, is pleased to collaborate with Zubaida Educational Society (ZES), Bhakkar, under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen the professional capacity of teachers working in our **five Jinnah Non-Formal Schools**. 📚✨

Mr. Muhammad Asghar Khan from Jinnah Welfare Council (JWC) and Mr. Iftikhar Hussain Jaffari from Zubaida Educational Society (ZES) formally represented the MoU, marking a shared commitment to improving educational quality in Bhakkar.

Through this collaboration, teachers will receive quarterly training sessions focusing on teaching methodologies, classroom management, lesson planning, multi-grade teaching, assessment techniques, child protection, and inclusive education.

This partnership reflects our shared commitment to improving education quality, strengthening classroom practices, and creating better learning opportunities for children in underserved communities.

🌟 Empowering Communities Through Skills & Opportunities🌟

Jinnah Welfare Council is pleased to announce the establishment of Jinnah Community Skill Center, an initiative focused on providing practical skills and livelihood opportunities to the local community.

The center currently offers three skill-based courses:

1. Stitching Course
2. Beauty Parlor Course
3. Computer Courses

The Skill Center was formally inaugurated by Madam Rabia Yasmeen from Bedari, with the special participation of Dr. Mesam Abbas from SPPAP Darya Khan.

Muhammad Asghar Khan, President Jinnah Welfare Council, warmly welcomed the distinguished guests and expressed his sincere gratitude for their valuable presence, encouragement, and support.

Through the Jinnah Community Skill Center, Jinnah Welfare Council aims to empower youth and women with practical skills that can help them become more confident, employable, and economically independent.

🇵🇰 Independence Day Celebration at Jinnah Non-Formal High School, Kotla Jam 🇵🇰

Jinnah Non-Formal High School, Kotla Jam celebrated Pakistan’s Independence Day with great enthusiasm, patriotism, and community participation.

The celebration included a cake-cutting ceremony, symbolizing the joy and pride of this special day. Students and staff actively participated in the event and showcased their love for the country.

On this occasion, Mr. Muhammad Asghar Khan, President Jinnah Welfare Council Bhakkar جناح ویلفیئر کونسل بھکر, addressed the students and participants and highlighted the importance of education, unity, responsible citizenship, and contributing positively to society.

🌱 کچن گارڈننگ کی اہمیت پر آگاہی سرگرمی

آج جناح ویلفیئر کونسل بھکر کے زیرِ اہتمام جناح نان فارمل ہائی اسکول پنجگریاں میں کچن گارڈننگ کے حوالے سے ایک آگاہی سرگرمی منعقد کی گئی۔

اس موقع پر محمد اصغر خان، صدر جناح ویلفیئر کونسل بھکر نے طلبہ و طالبات کو کچن گارڈننگ کی اہمیت سے آگاہ کیا۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ گھر میں تازہ اور صحت بخش سبزیاں اگانے سے نہ صرف بہتر غذائیت حاصل ہوتی ہے بلکہ گھریلو اخراجات میں کمی، ماحول کا تحفظ اور عملی زرعی مہارتوں کا فروغ بھی ممکن ہوتا ہے۔

Jinnah Welfare Council (JWC) in collaboration with TVO has successfully completed a meaningful plantation initiative to support environmental sustainability and community resilience.

🌿 Our Impact:
🌳 2,400 plants planted
💧 2 water ponds established
✅ 80% survival rate achieved
📚 Community awareness sessions and trainings conducted to help people understand the importance of tree plantation, environmental protection, and caring for natural resources

This initiative is not only about planting trees — it is about creating awareness, building community ownership, and inspiring people to become guardians of nature.

🌱 خوراک بھی اُگائیں، ہنر بھی سیکھیں اور مستقبل بھی سنواریں!

جناح نان فارمل ہائی سکول پنجگریاں میں جناح ویلفیئر کونسل بھکر کے تعاون سے کچن گارڈننگ کو فروغ دیا جا رہا ہے، تاکہ طلبہ کو عملی تعلیم کے ساتھ تازہ، صحت بخش اور غذائیت سے بھرپور سبزیوں کی اہمیت سے آگاہ کیا جا سکے۔
