Ghoru is a village 0f Tehsil mastuj of Chitral District in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is located at 36°17'0N 72°31'0E with an altitude of 2359 metres (7742 feet). Ghoru starts right after the end of parwak. GHORU is situated on the western bank of the chitral River (also called yarkhoon River), in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The town is at the foot of (KILISHONG AAN) MOUNTAIN

The weather of GHORU is not extremely harsh and cold in the winter because it is in front of sun rising and very popular as pakhturidini , and pleasant in the summer. The best season to visit the valley is from May to September.
