ضلعی ہیلتھ آفیسر ڈیرہ غازی خان کا خانہ بدوش بستیوں میں انسدادِ پولیو مہم کا ہنگامی دورہ اور جائزہ

ڈیرہ غازی خان میں انسدادِ پولیو مہم کو مزید مؤثر، شفاف اور نتیجہ خیز بنانے کے لیے ضلعی محکمہ صحت متحرک ہے. اسی سلسلے میں ڈاکٹر شہباز حسین 'ضلعی ہیلتھ آفیسر' ڈیرہ غازی خان نے مختلف علاقوں میں قائم خانہ بدوش بستیوں کا تفصیلی دورہ کیا اور جاری پولیو مہم کی سرگرمیوں کا باریک بینی سے جائزہ لیا.

ضلعی ہیلتھ آفیسر نے فیلڈ میں کام کرنے والی ٹیموں کے پاس موجود ویکسین کے درجہ حرارت، اسٹوریج اور حفاظتی معیار کا سختی سے جائزہ لیا تاکہ یہ یقینی بنایا جا سکے کہ بچوں کو محفوظ ترین ویکسین دی جا رہی ہے.

District Health Officer, District Health Authority paid visits to Rural Health Centres and

Dr. Shahbaz Hussain (DHO) took a detailed round of RHCs and visited OPD, Registration Counter, Pharmacy, Labour Room and Ward to ensure the availability and utilisations of the resources for the provision of quality of clinical, diagnostic, vaccination and pharmaceutical services in line with the vision of the Govt of Punjab.

Dr. Shahbaz Hussain (DHO) also reviewed the record management, data uploading and reporting mechanism on the dedicated Computerized Applications. Worthy Dignitary also assessed the cleanliness and maintenance of the equipment available in the hospital.

Dr. Shahbaz Hussain (DHO) also interacted with the public & patients to take feedback on the quality of services offered to them. Worthy Dignitary also reviewed the attendance of the staff as per the duty roster.

سپیشل سیکرٹری ہیلتھ و پاپولیشن جنوبی پنجاب کا دیہی مرکز صحت سرور والی کا دورہ، علاج معالجے کی سہولیات کا تفصیلی جائزہ

محمد شہباز حسین نقوی 'سپیشل سیکرٹری' جنوبی پنجاب نے دیہی مرکز صحت کا ہنگامی دورہ کیا. دورے کے دوران انہوں نے ہسپتال میں طبی، تشخیصی سہولیات، ویکسینیشن کے عمل اور ادویات کی فراہمی کے معیار کا بغور جائزہ لیا. ڈاکٹر اطہر سکھانی 'ڈی ایچ او' ڈیرہ غازی خان، ڈاکٹر شہباز حسین 'ڈی ایچ او' ڈیرہ غازی خان اور ڈاکٹر مہرق فاطمہ 'ڈی ڈی ایچ او' ڈیرہ غازی خان بھی دورہ کے دوران موجود تھے.

سپیشل سیکرٹری نے ہسپتال میں موجود شہریوں سے براہِ راست گفتگو کی اور انہیں فراہم کی جانے والی طبی سہولیات کے معیار کے بارے میں استفسار کیا. دورے کے دوران ڈاکٹر مہرق فاطمہ 'ڈی ڈی ایچ او' ڈیرہ غازی خان نے سپیشل سیکرٹری کو ہسپتال میں جاری طبی سرگرمیوں، مریضوں کے اعداد و شمار اور شعبہ جات کی فعالیت کے بارے میں تفصیلی بریفنگ دی.

صحت کی فراہمی میں کسی بھی قسم کی غفلت یا کوتاہی کسی صورت قابل قبول نہیں ہے. ضلعی انتظامیہ اور ہسپتال کا عملہ یقینی بنائے کہ دور دراز علاقوں کے مریضوں کو بروقت اور معیاری علاج کی سہولیات میسر ہوں. محمد شہباز حسین نقوی

Ensuring Equitable Care at Central Jail Hospital

Underscoring the Govt of Punjab's commitment to "Health for All," Dr. Shahbaz Hussain (DHO) conducted a comprehensive oversight visit to the Central Jail Hospital. The mission focused on ensuring that the prison population receives medical care at par with the highest provincial standards.

Health is a basic human right that does not stop at the prison gate. Our mission is to ensure that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, receives quality diagnostic and pharmaceutical support as per the vision of the Cheif Minister Punjab. Dr. Shahbaz Hussain, accompanied by Jail Superintendent and In-charge Medical Officer also carried out a meticulous review of the facility’s services ie. Pharmacy, Ward, Dental Unit, Laboratory, X ray, Ultrasound, Ward and Pharmacy.
