Ex minister Muhammad Naseer Khan is the only party worker with the proven ability to win this seat and deliver meaningful development for the people of his constituency. He has consistently remained sincere, loyal, and committed to both the party and his voters.
He rightfully deserves the party ticket, as he possesses a strong vote bank and has won this seat multiple times, bringing success to the party from this constituency. During his tenure, he carried out numerous development projects and served the people of the district with dedication and integrity.
Moreover, he has always shown special concern for the poor and underprivileged. He is a highly sociable individual who remains closely connected with his community, standing with his people in both times of joy and sorrow. This strong public connection has further enhanced his popularity among the masses of his constituency.
He firmly believes in merit and does not support caste-based divisions, sectarianism, nepotism, or favoritism. His leadership reflects fairness, inclusivity, and equal opportunity for all.
He is also regarded as a representative of the political ideology and legacy of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, and has played a key role in keeping the party active and relevant in Gilgit-Baltistan as well as in his constituency. Throughout his political journey, he has faced numerous challenges for the sake of the party, witnessing its ups and downs, yet remaining steadfast and loyal under all circumstances.

The public, therefore, strongly appeals to Chairman Bilawal Bhutto to award the party ticket to Muhammad Nasir Khan so that he may once again secure victory and deliver this seat to the party.
If the party grants him the ticket this time, InshaAllah, he will win the seat and present it as a political success to Chairman Bilawal Bhutto. However, if such a sincere and dedicated worker is overlooked in the ticket allocation process, there is a strong likelihood that the PPP may lose the seat in Constituency Astore-II.
