New NAVAIDS Lab at ANS School, CATI Hyderabad ✈️

The EED team has successfully completed the shifting and establishment of the new NAVAIDS Lab at the ANS School, CATI Hyderabad.

The previous lab had limited space, making practical training and demonstrations challenging. The new, spacious facility can accommodate up to 16 trainees and provides a more professional, practical, and hands-on learning environment.

The lab is equipped with modern training systems, including:

• Indra Selex ILS
• Localizer
• Glide Slope
• TDME
• DVOR & DME
• RCSU
• RSDU

The new facility will support practical training on modern Navigation Aids (NAVAIDS) systems and further enhance the quality of aviation technical education at CATI.

With this new facility, the ANS School is ready to introduce NAVAIDS courses for local and international trainees, strengthening technical training and knowledge sharing in the aviation sector.

The 79th anniversary of the creation of Pakistan was celebrated at CATI with the hoisting of the national flag by the Director CATI, joined by officers, staff and their families in a spirit of unity, pride, and togetherness.

The celebration was more than just a ceremony it was a reflection of the strong community we share at CATI, where colleagues and their families come together to celebrate our nation and the values that unite us. 🇵🇰
