EU Huqooq e Pakistan is a joint collaboration with the European Union and the Ministry of Human Rights, a capacity building program to provide technical, institutional, communications support to the government of Pakistan in the area of human rights. While Huqooq e Pakistan Program aims to achieve other objectives as well, this page focuses on the communications and awareness raising component of the program.

The Ministry of Human Rights in collaboration with the EU HeP undertook a sensitisation workshop for ICT Police to educate them about best practices when engaging with the transgender community, and thereby ensure the effective implementation of Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act. In July 2019, the Ministry of Human Rights in collaboration with EU HeP (Huqooq e Pakistan) developed and disseminated awareness raising posters and 1300 pole signs (in the Federal) to educate people about all forms of child abuse as part of the "Protecting Our Children: Preventing Child Sexual Abuse in Pakistan" campaign.
