Turning Training into Tangible Results

How do we measure real impact? By listening to the people who matter most.

As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, the Monitoring & Evaluation Department, PAK-EEF conducted a Tracer Study at The University of Agriculture Peshawar to evaluate the outcomes of the Olive Training Program.

Through indepth interviews and fieldbased assessments, the team gathered valuable insights into participants’ experiences, skills gained, and the program’s contribution to their personal and professional growth. These findings will help strengthen future interventions and ensure long-term impact.

Every visit brings us closer to building stronger, evidence-based programs that create lasting change.
