Association for the affectees of DHA valley affectees passed resolutions on 15.02.2013 claiming time frame for the handing over of possession or they may be given refund with rent.

We have convened a meeting of DHA Valley affectees in Afzal Center opposite to Islamabad High Court Main Gate, G-10/1, Islamabad and office bearers of the association have been elected and it has been concluded that three years time for depositing the installments i.e. from August 2008 to August 2011 was given to the allottees and now period of about one and half year has passed but neither the po

ssession of the respective plots have been handed over to the affectees nor their amount has been refunded. Following resolution has been approved by them:-

“time frame for the handing over of possession may be given and till then, rent of every day may be paid. if it is not possible then, the deposit amount with profit / rent may be refunded.”
