Team SAAH Rise delivered an insightful and engaging session on Positive Masculinity, facilitated by Anoosha Babar.

The participants actively shared their personal experiences and reflected on their journeys of unlearning harmful stereotypes and transforming themselves into positive, empathetic, and responsible men.

A meaningful conversation towards building healthier identities and more inclusive communities.

In collaboration with the Baithak, SAAH Rise organized a closed-circle training session at Quaid-i-Azam University on Menstrual Health and Dignity through Feminist Approaches. The session brought together students from diverse regions and backgrounds across Pakistan, creating a safe space for learning, dialogue, and reflection.

Through interactive awareness activities and open discussions, we explored ways to challenge menstrual stigma, address misconceptions, and promote informed conversations around menstrual health and dignity. By engaging both women and men, we emphasized that building supportive, inclusive, and stigma-free communities is a collective responsibility.

It was inspiring to see participants openly share their experiences, challenge existing misconceptions, and express their commitment to taking these conversations forward within their own communities.

Our heartfelt gratitude to our speakers Saffa Rasool for delivering an insightful presentation on this sensitive and important topic, and Warda Aziz for facilitating the session with such thoughtfulness and clarity.

The session was organized by Dur E Najaf and Sania Zahra, with the valuable support of our colleague and team member Shehriyar Ahmed.

We are deeply grateful to all the participants for their meaningful engagement.
