چیف کمشنر کا پیشہ ورانہ مہارت اور مؤثر عوامی رابطے کے ذریعے عوامی خدمات کی فراہمی بہتر بنانے پر زور

چیف کمشنر رائٹ ٹو پبلک سروسز کمیشن محمد علی شہزادہ نے شانگلہ میں ضلعی مانیٹرنگ افسران (ڈی ایم اوز) کے لیے منعقدہ دو روزہ استعداد کار بڑھانے کی ورکشاپ کے افتتاحی تقریب سے خطاب کیا۔ انہوں نے رائٹ ٹو پبلک سروسز ایکٹ کے مؤثر نفاذ میں ڈی ایم اوز کے کلیدی کردار کو اجاگر کرتے ہوئے پیشہ ورانہ صلاحیت، مؤثر رابطہ کاری، عوامی آگاہی اور شہریوں کو بروقت اور معیاری خدمات کی فراہمی کی اہمیت پر زور دیا۔

ورکشاپ کے دوران ڈاکٹر عارف نے کمیونیکیشن اسٹریٹجی اور عوامی آگاہی کے موضوع پر تفصیلی سیشن دیا، جس میں مؤثر عوامی رسائی اور آر ٹی ایس فریم ورک سے متعلق شہریوں میں آگاہی بڑھانے کے مختلف پہلوؤں پر روشنی ڈالی گئی۔ ڈاکٹر نگہت نے ٹائم مینجمنٹ پر تربیتی نشست منعقد کی، جس میں شرکاء کو کارکردگی، استعداد اور پیشہ ورانہ صلاحیت میں بہتری کے لیے عملی رہنمائی فراہم کی گئی۔

ورکشاپ کے دوسرے روز ڈی ایم اوز نے اپنے اپنے اضلاع کی کارکردگی، کامیابیوں، درپیش چیلنجز اور آئندہ کے لائحہ عمل پر مبنی پریزنٹیشنز پیش کیں۔ ان پریزنٹیشنز کا جائزہ ڈاکٹر عارف نے لیا، جنہوں نے شرکاء کی کاوشوں کو سراہتے ہوئے مؤثر عملدرآمد کو مزید مضبوط بنانے کے لیے مفید تجاویز اور سفارشات پیش کیں۔

ورکشاپ کے اختتام پر شرکاء نے باہمی رابطہ کاری کو مزید مؤثر بنانے، عوامی آگاہی میں اضافہ کرنے اور صوبہ بھر میں نوٹیفائیڈ عوامی خدمات کی بروقت، شفاف اور مؤثر فراہمی کو یقینی بنانے کے عزم کا اعادہ کیا۔

RTS Organizes Two-Day Capacity Building Workshop for DMOs at Shangla

Chief Commissioner Urges to Enhance Service Delivery Through Professionalism and Effective Public Engagement

Chief Commissioner Muhammad Ali Shahzada delivered the opening remarks at the inaugural session of a two-day capacity-building workshop organized by the Right to Public Services (RTS) Commission for District Monitoring Officers (DMOs) at Shangla. He highlighted the pivotal role of DMOs in the effective implementation of the Right to Public Services Act and emphasized the importance of professionalism, effective coordination, public awareness, and citizen-centric service delivery.

During the workshop, Dr. Arif conducted a detailed session on communication strategy and public awareness, focusing on strengthening outreach and enhancing public understanding of the RTS framework. Dr. Nigat delivered an interactive session on time management, equipping participants with practical tools to improve efficiency and workplace performance.

On the second day, the DMOs presented their district-wise performance, achievements, challenges, and future plans. The presentations were reviewed by Dr. Arif, who appreciated the participants' efforts and shared constructive feedback and recommendations to further strengthen implementation at the district level.

The workshop concluded with a renewed commitment from all participants to improve coordination, enhance public awareness, and ensure the effective delivery of notified public services across the province.

We reaffirm Pakistan’s commitment to supporting the rights, dignity, and aspirations of the Kashmiri people and call for a peaceful resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute.
