The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), under the European Union-funded PAIDAR Programme, in collaboration with the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board (BBSHRRDB), successfully organized a four-day Bootstrap Camp for Nano Entrepreneurs in District Badin, aimed at empowering trained graduates to establish viable and sustainable business enterprises.
The camp provided practical training in business planning, costing and pricing, marketing, financial management, and digital market access, complemented by hands on mentoring and coaching to help participants transform their skills into viable business opportunities and sustainable livelihoods.
Upon successful completion of the programme, UNIDO awarded certificates to the participating graduates. Graduates with viable business ideas may, subject to assessment, be considered for support under PAIDAR’s Micro Grant Initiative.
The programme was also attended by Syed Muhammad Ali, Deputy Director, and Mr. Muhammad Farooque, Assistant Director (Monitoring), District Badin, who provided guidance and encouragement to the participants.
This collaborative initiative underscores UNIDO-PAIDAR and BBSHRRDB’s shared commitment to fostering entrepreneurship, promoting self employment, strengthening enterprise development, and expanding sustainable livelihood opportunities for young people in rural Sindh.

The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), under the European Union-funded PAIDAR Programme, in collaboration with the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board (BBSHRRDB), successfully organized a four-day Bootstrap Camp for Nano Entrepreneurs in District Badin, aimed at empowering trained graduates to establish viable and sustainable business enterprises.
