Its primary purpose is to ensure the enforcement of the public's right to access information held by public bodies in Sindh. The commission promotes transparency, accountability, and good governance by making sure that government agencies provide requested informatio

n to citizens. Receiving Complaints: If a public body refuses to provide information or delays it unreasonably, citizens can lodge complaints with the commission.
2. Facilitating Information Requests: It assists citizens in seeking and obtaining the desired information from government departments.
3. Guidance and Training: The commission educates public officials on the implementation of the Right to Information law and offers training to improve compliance.
4. Reviewing Appeals: If a citizen is dissatisfied with the response or non-response from a public body, they can appeal to the commission for a review.
