We are delighted to share the successful completion of the training ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฑ๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ป๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ (๐๐ฆ๐๐), organized by CESS PAKISTAN with the support of The World Bank Group, held at Avari Hotel Lahore on ๐ญ๐ฐโ๐ญ๐ฑ ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐น ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ.
The programme brought together leading ESS consultants, PIU officials, and academia for an intensive engagement focused on strengthening ESIA practice in Pakistan. The sessions went beyond fundamentals, covering advanced and quantitative approaches such as baseline index development, air dispersion modelling, USEPA emission factor methods, WHO-based impact assessment frameworks, and structured ESMP planning and budgeting, complemented by hands-on exercises and report quality review.
