Honored to be part of “Nigehbaan-e-Zindagi – Guardian of Life: Celebrating Women, Care & Compassion” as a panelist representing mental wellbeing, inclusion, and women empowerment.

The discussion on “Women, Ageing & Dignity – Are We Doing Enough?” was truly meaningful and powerful. Grateful to share the panel with such inspiring voices working for human rights, caregiving, mental health, inclusion, and dignity for women aged 50 and above.

As the Founder of Miracles and a Certified Mental Health Coach, I strongly believe that every woman deserves respect, emotional wellbeing, opportunities to grow, and the right to age with dignity and independence.

Heartfelt appreciation to FPCCI Human Rights Committee, Vcare Social Welfare Society – A Center for Ageing and Wellbeing, and all organizers for creating this impactful platform. Miracles proudly celebrated its 2nd Anniversary with a joyful and memorable Tambola Night — an evening filled with laughter, togetherness, and meaningful moments.

More than just a celebration, this milestone reflects two years of creating safe spaces, encouraging conversations around mental health, and reminding individuals that they are never alone in their journey.

Our choice of Tambola was intentional — because healing does not always begin with serious conversations; sometimes, it starts with shared smiles, collective laughter, and moments of genuine connection. In a world where stress and anxiety often take center stage, simple gatherings like these become powerful reminders of the therapeutic value of joy, community, and emotional support.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has trusted Miracles with their stories, emotions, and experiences over the past two years. Your support inspires us to continue building a compassionate community where healing and hope thrive together.
