The Enforcement and Implementation Department of the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) is responsible for ensuring compliance with municipal laws, maintaining order, and improving urban management.
Functions & Responsibilities:
1. Law Enforcement: Enforcing KMC regulations related to sanitation, encroachments, and public safety.
2. Waste Management: Monitoring and preventing illegal garbage dumping by individuals and businesses.
3. Anti-Encroachment Actions: Conducting operations to remove illegal structures from public spaces.
4. Revenue Collection: Implementing policies that generate municipal revenue through fines and enforcement measures.
5. City Order & Cleanliness: Collaborating with other departments to maintain cleanliness and discipline in Karachi.
