Standing in Solidarity and Honoring Resilience
Kashmir is known for its unmatched beauty and cultural richness, yet it continues to suffer under prolonged conflict. Chancellor Muhammad Akbar Ali Khan, who also serves as the President of Aligarh Muslim University Old Boys Association Pakistan, highlighted that the voices of the Kashmiri people are being silenced and their fundamental human rights denied.

He reaffirmed SSUET’s strong support for the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination and urged the international community to work collectively toward a peaceful and just resolution that upholds human dignity and freedom.

As we commemorate Kashmir Day, let us come together in solidarity, honoring the strength and resilience of the Kashmiri people. Let this day be a reminder of our shared responsibility to advocate for justice, peace, and the protection of human rights for all.
